I work with many people experiencing the varying symptoms of Long Covid and can help you on a 1-2-1 basis to safely work with your clients.

Although most yoga trainings incorporate pranayama, rarely does a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training equip you to work in ways that optimise functional breathing and safely support the immune function.

I can help you:

  • Recognise common breathing pattern disorders
  • Conduct a breathing assessment online and in person
  • Articulate the science of the breath and how the brain responds to changes in breathing pattern
  • Safely integrate mindful movement for Long Covid populations
  • Help you to establish ways to create a safe therapeutic space for your 1-2-1 work
  • Safely monitor clients with Long Covid symptoms
  • Assist you with ensuring you work safely with referral processes from medical professionals

13 HOUR YOGA ALLIANCE ACCREDITED TRAINING: HELP FOR COVID AND LONG COVID.

This 13hour blended learning demonstrates how breath, physiology and posture, biochemistry and neuroscience all have a part to play to improve the quality of life for nearly everyone continuing to experience the long-haul effects of Covid.

Research is still in it’s infancy but there are some things we can do now, that through experience, can improve Covid and Long Covid symptoms.
Pre-recorded materials allow you the opportunity to learn new techniques and gain theory and information at your own pace, in addition to live sessions where you can put skills into practice, ask questions and gain invaluable advice on best practice when working with Long Covid populations.

This training is a practical sharing of tools and techniques based on Nobel prize winning science to impact oxygenation, change thinking and feeling, and most importantly improve quality of life.
